Registration Opens:  February 1, 2025

Registration Fee: $25

• Members can sign up to participate in a 1 rep max of Deadlift, Bench and Squat to become a member of the "500, 100, 1250, or 1500 Pound Club".

• All lifts must be completed in 1 hour and supervised by a IWHC Judge. ​​

• Lifts will be judged during a scheduled appointment with IWHC Judge.

  • Current appointment times available Monday-Friday 8am-4pm with last scheduled appointment starting at 3pm. ​

• The total number from all lifts will decide which weight club the member qualifies for. 

• This will be an on-going leaderboard for members. Participants can register again to reach higher weight classes over time.
